A. Our hours change throughout the year depending on the season, but we are open year-round! Please refer to the website for our up-to-date hours - Q. Is parking free?
A. Yes, parking is free. - Q. Do you accept walk-ins, or should I book ahead?
A. We do accept walk-ins, but all bookings must be completed online before entering The Farm. - Q. What should I wear when visiting the farm?
A. You’re welcome to wear whatever you’d like. But the farm is dirty- so please wear something that you are ok with getting a little mud on. Closed toe shoes are preferable. - Q. Is the farm open year-round?
A. Yes, we are open year-round. Our only closures are major holidays.
Admission & Tickets
- Q. How do I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased online through our website.
- Q. Can I buy tickets on-site?
A. No. All tickets must be booked online.
- Q. Are refunds or date changes allowed?
A. All Sales Are Final: Once a reservation is made, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling: We’re happy to help you reschedule any full-price tickets with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled visit.
Please note that all free or discounted tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. - Q. Do you offer group discounts or field trip rates?

A. Yes! Your general admission ticket provides all-day access, so you’re welcome to come and go freely throughout the day of your visit. - Q. What’s included with general admission?
A. Each Ticket Includes Access to: Our giant 800 sq. ft. Corn Pit, Zip Lines, Hamster Wheels, Parent-Powered Coaster, Petting Zoo, Bounce Pillow, Bounce Pillow, Culvert & Regular Slides, Swings, Yard Games, Tractor Train Rides, Axe Throwing, Live Music & Photo Ops - Q. What’s the difference between General Admission and a Birthday Party Package?
A. The Birthday Party Package includes admission for up to 50 people and a reserved two-hour time slot (10 AM–12 PM), along with animal feed for your group.
General Admission, on the other hand, is priced per person and provides all-day access to the farm’s activities, without the time limitation or bundled group package.
Farm Animals & Activities
- Q. What animals can I meet on the farm?
A. Goats, Sheep, Miniature Donkey, Miniature Horse, Pigs, Chickens, Turkeys, Ducks, Bunnies, & Alpacas - Q. Can we feed or pet the animals?
A. Yes, you are welcome to pet the animals. And animal feed can be purchased in our gift shop - Q. Are animal feed cups available for purchase?
A. Yes, animal feed is available for sale in the giftshop. - Q. Is the animal tour guided or self-paced?
A. When you schedule a tour, it is a guided walking tour. - Q. Do the animals stay on the farm year-round?
A. Yes, we have animals year round. Though we do get some special visitors for Baby Animal Days! - Q. What’s the difference between alpacas and llamas? 😉
A. Llamas are much larger with long, curved ears, while alpacas are smaller with short, fluffy faces. Llamas are often used as pack animals. Both are friendly but alpacas tend to be more shy. - Q. Can we bring our own pet? (e.g., dogs on leashes)
A. No, outside animals are not permitted.

A. A full two hours to enjoy your private farm celebration and a reserved party area
Food, Comfort & Amenities
- Q. Do you sell food or drinks on-site?
A. Yes, we do! Visit our Snack Shack when you arrive for food and drinks onsite. - Q. Are outside food or picnics allowed?
A. Yes - Q. Are there restrooms available?
A. Yes! They are located at the Snack Shack. - Q. Is there a gift shop or farm store?
A. Yes! It’s the big, red barn building. - Q. Is your farm stroller or wheelchair accessible?
A. Use strollers and wheelchairs at your own discretion
Weather & Safety
- Q. What happens if it rains or snows?
- Our activities proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather that poses safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel.
- Q. Are your activities outdoors or covered?
- Our activities are outdoors with minimal coverage
- Q. What should we do if there’s bad weather?
- If you choose not to visit due to bad weather but have already bought your tickets, please refer to your confirmation email for our cancellation policies as well as a link to reschedule your visit
- Q. What safety measures do you have in place for guests?
- Guest safety is our top priority, with trained staff on-site, clearly marked pathways and rules, regularly inspected attractions, supervised animal interactions, hand-washing stations, and emergency procedures in place, while parents and guardians are asked to supervise children at all times.
- Q. Are there age or height requirements for certain attractions?
- Yes, there are. Each attraction will have age and height requirements posted in front of them, if need be.
Payment & Policies
- Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
- Credit/debit card, tap to pay, and Apple pay

- No
- Q. Are service animals permitted?
- We welcome certified service animals that are trained to perform specific tasks. At this time, emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
- No
- Q. Is there a lost and found?
- Yes. Please return any lost item you may find to an employee on The Farm and they will place it in our lost and found. If you have lost something, please get in touch with an employee on The Farm and they will check the lost and found for you.
Photos & Media
- Q. Can we take photos during our visit?
- Yes! We encourage it!
- Q. Do you allow professional or commercial photography?
- Professional or commercial photography is not permitted without prior approval. Any organized photo sessions, use of professional equipment, or images intended for commercial use must be scheduled in advance and may require a photography agreement or fee.
